The ground floor includes a welcoming restaurant, open to the public and tailored to serve the daily needs of Site 4016’s members and guests.

Continue up the main staircase, and you’ll arrive at Sandkassen, the heart of ARK’s second floor. Sandkassen offers a mix of coworking zones, private and open meeting rooms, an arena-style space, social lounges, a fully equipped Umbraco gym, and changing rooms. There’s also Sandkassen Jr., a family-friendly area tailored for children.
