Arkivenes Hus is a part of the innovation park and comprises of 14 300 sqm. The building was completed in 2017 and houses several of the archive institutions of the Stavanger region. The building is certified as BREAM-NOR Excellent.
The project was led by Smedvig Eiendom, the main contractor was Kruse Smith and architects were Lund+Slaatto arkitekter.
