One Maidenhead is a mixed-use scheme with residential, office and commercial development over six new buildings around a central public square. It is developed by Smedvig with HUB Residential as development manager and Studio Egret West as architect. The first phase is complete. The project consist of 429 homes and 36,000 sq.ft. of ground floor shops and restaurants over four buildings. It will be owned and operated by Get Living, one of the UK’s leading operators of build-to-rent residential developments.
