39 high quality apartments form part of the complex along with offices and parking at Smedvigkvartalet. The buildings were completed in 2003 and are constructed from brick and glass.

The project was led by Smedvig Eiendom, the architect was Link Arkitekter in cooperation with Danish Schmidt Hammer Lassen. The contractor was Kruse Smith AS.
