Three modern boathouses in Verksgata next to the pier. We call this project På Kanten, meaning “on the edge”.

The building complex was built in the middle of the 1850s and will be fully renovated. There will be 50-100 work spaces, depending on whether you want open space or cubicles. Although most of the building will be used as offices, the ground floor will be open to the public.
