Spinn is to become a hub for circular innovation. It is a rehabilitation project based on FutureBuilt’s criteria for building rehabilitation. Here, you will move into a ‘tiny bit’ used building that will appear brand new.
We are using FutureBuilt’s criteria for building rehabilitation:
10% reusable components
10% reused components
50% existing building above ground
The building is centrally located in Åsen, in the heart of Stavanger. With the main north-south route from Stavanger to Forus and Sandnes, as well as the east-west route along Auglendsveien, it is easy to access and travel to and from the area. There are also well-maintained bike paths and public transportation options available.
